Most agents spend their whole careers building someone else's asset. We help you build your own. You own every part of it.

Flornt® is led by Peter and Karen Hutton. We've spent decades inside real estate, not around it. We grew our own agency from a dining room table to three locations and $200M in annual sales, then started building them for other independents. Most studios that brand agencies have never run one. We have.

When we started Hutton & Hutton, the goals we wrote down had almost nothing to do with money.
We wanted the freedom to travel. A business bigger than the two of us. Room to grow as people, not just operators. A brand we'd be proud to put our name on. Something we could work on, instead of disappear inside.
Years later, sitting across from agents thinking about going independent, we hear the same list. Often word for word. The money matters, it always does. It's just rarely the thing actually driving the decision.
That's why Flornt exists. Not to sell you a logo. To help you build the thing you actually pictured when you first imagined working for yourself.

Idea to launch-ready, in about ten weeks. Here's how it goes.
It starts with you. Your market, your strengths, how you actually want to work. Everything after this is built on what we find here, so we don't rush it.
Name, identity, positioning. Not decoration, the thing your agency stands for, made visible. This is what a vendor reads before you've said a word.
Your agency's home online. Built to make an experienced agent look exactly as credible as they are, and to bring enquiry in from day one.
The backend nobody sees and everybody needs. We help you choose the right tech stack, CRM, data, proposals, automation, and put the compliance structure around it. So you launch with the right tools and the right safeguards, not a pile of subscriptions you're guessing at.
We don't vanish at launch. We're with you through go-live and the early weeks, adjusting as real clients start coming through.
Most agents writing $400k to $1M+ in GCI hand $120,000 and $300,000 a year to a franchise or powered-by group. You could call it the franchise tax. It leaves your bank account every year, but it doesn't buy you ownership. Not to build an asset. Not to build equity. Just for permission to operate under someone else's name.
The difference was never the percentage. It's what you're building, and what the alternative quietly costs you every year you stay. The same tools. The same systems. A capable VA. Independent agents run all of it for a fraction of what a franchise takes, and they own everything it builds.
The questions experienced agents actually ask before they make the move.

Each project reflects Flornt®’s focus on clarity, differentiation, and real-world application. These brands are designed to be seen, trusted, and chosen, across physical, digital, and market-facing touchpoints.
