The goal was to design a purchase-ready concept brand that speaks directly to apartment buyers. Apartmnt® needed to feel modern, sharp, trustworthy, and design-led, while allowing Flornt® to tailor the brand’s tone, positioning, and messaging to suit an individual advocate’s local market and strategy.

Flornt® developed Apartmnt® as a complete, ownable concept brand, including naming, visual identity, and application concepts. Designed for sale and refinement, the system enables customisation across colour, messaging, and rollout, while preserving a strong, urban-first presence suited to apartment-focused advocacy.
