The goal was to design a purchase-ready concept brand with broad applicability and strong character. Sprooce® needed to feel credible and current, while allowing Flornt® to customise positioning, messaging, and visual expression to reflect an individual agency’s focus, culture, and local market conditions.

Flornt® developed Sprooce® as a complete, ownable concept brand, encompassing naming, visual identity, and application concepts. Designed for sale and refinement, the system supports customisation across tone, colour, and rollout, enabling the brand to flex confidently between sales, leasing, or hybrid agency models.
